Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and who else touches it. The short version: we only collect what you type into the estimate form, we use it only to respond to you, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you submit through the free-estimate form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number, town, fence type, and project details. We don't require an account, and we don't collect payment information through this site.

How we use it

Form submissions are used for one thing: responding to your estimate request and discussing your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising or social-media pixel, and no session-recording tool on any page. Because nothing here tracks you, there is no consent banner to dismiss and nothing for you to opt out of. We do not sell or share your personal information, including in the broad sense the California Consumer Privacy Act gives those words, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal there is no tracking here for it to switch off.

The service-area map

The map on each page is an image stored on this website. It is not a live map, it loads nothing from anywhere else, and no outside mapping service learns that you were here. It was previously an interactive map that fetched imagery from OpenStreetMap as you browsed, which meant OpenStreetMap received your IP address; that no longer happens. The underlying map imagery comes from OpenStreetMap, whose contributors we credit beneath each map, but the file itself is served from this domain.

Third-party services

Only two outside services are involved in running this site, and each receives some technical data (such as your IP address) when you use it:

• Formspree processes the estimate form and forwards your submission to us. It receives what you type into the form. See the Formspree privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. See the Vercel privacy policy.

This site's typefaces and its maps are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts or a live map provider, so neither receives anything about your visit.

Retention & your choices

Estimate requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your project inquiry. If you'd like the information you submitted corrected or deleted, send a note through the contact form and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for homeowners and property managers and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
